He became Prime minister in 1940.
But he is known for his important and courageous position during World War II.
She was born in 1891 and she died in 1976.
She is known for her mystery stories.
Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple are some of her
best known characters.
At the end of her life she was made a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire.
They were born in Liverpool.
They were appreciated by many adolescents in the 1960s all
over the world.
Their music symbolized rebellion and search for
identity.
The group broke up in 1970.
John Lennon was murdered in New York in 1980.
